A Day in the Life
Most of our shifts are evenings — after businesses close for the day — with some morning routes for clients who want their facilities cleaned before they open. When we extend a job offer, we’ll walk you through exactly which shifts and clients are available so you can pick what fits your schedule.
A typical shift runs 4–6 hours and involves vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, trash removal, and restocking supplies. Some clients need carpet care, floor stripping, or specialty work — those are bonus opportunities for cleaners who want extra hours and extra pay.
What We Look For
- Dependable — you show up on time, every shift

- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $14–$17 per hour based on experience
- Most shifts are evenings (commercial after-hours cleaning)
- Morning shifts also available for early-open clients
- Specific shift and client options shared when an offer is extended
- Both part-time and full-time positions
- Consistent weekly routes once you’re assigned
- Bonus opportunities for specialty work (floor care, carpet cleaning, post-construction)
