What’s Included With Our Construction Cleaning Services:

When you hire Excellence Janitorial Services for your construction cleaning you can expect the following:
  • Clear plan of action: We walk the site with you, confirm the full scope, and get to work, no surprises, no back-and-forth.
  • Flexible scheduling: Whether you're in the punch list phase or racing toward a pre-opening deadline, we work around your timeline, not the other way around.
  • Professionally trained crew: We're comfortable in active construction environments and we treat new surfaces (floors, fixtures, trim) with the care they deserve.

  • Carpet cleaning: Newly installed carpets get thoroughly vacuumed and spot cleaned so they look fresh from day one.
  • Window cleaning: Glass, doors, and mirrors cleaned inside and out, including paint overspray removal so the view is clear.
  • Fully insured: We carry general liability insurance, so you and your Dupont property are covered while we're on site.
