Post-Construction Cleaning Services in Jenkins Township, PA

Once the last nail is in and the contractors are clearing out, the real work of making a space usable begins. Dust on every surface, debris in every corner, smudged windows. It’s a mess, and it needs to be handled before anyone walks through that door. We do post-construction cleaning for contractors and property owners throughout Jenkins Township and all of Luzerne County, and we hand spaces back ready to use, not ready to clean.

What’s Included With Our Construction Cleaning Services:

When you hire Excellence Janitorial Services for your construction cleaning you can expect the following:
  • Clear plan of action: We walk the site with you before we start, confirm the full scope of work, and get moving, no guessing, no miscommunication.
  • Flexible scheduling: Whether you're in the punch list phase or up against a hard pre-opening deadline, we work around your timeline, not ours.
  • Professionally trained crew: Our crew knows how to work safely in construction environments and handles new surfaces (floors, fixtures, finishes) with care.
  • Dedicated point of contact: You get one person to call or text who already knows your job site. No re-explaining the project every time you reach out.
  • Full dusting: Ceilings, vents, light fixtures, windowsills, baseboards (everywhere construction dust settles, we get it).
  • Floor cleaning: We sweep, vacuum, mop, and restore all floor types, including tile, hardwood, LVP, and concrete.
  • Carpet cleaning: Newly installed carpets get vacuumed and spot cleaned so they're fresh for day one.
  • Window cleaning: Glass, doors, and mirrors cleaned inside and out. Paint overspray and adhesive residue removed.
  • Fully insured: We carry general liability insurance, so you and your property are covered while we're on site.

We're the go-to post-construction cleaning crew for contractors and developers in Jenkins Township, and we've kept every client who's ever hired us.
