Here’s What Our Clients Are Saying About Us
Why We Love Wilkes-barre, PA
Even if you live in Wilkes-Barre (and especially if you don’t!), there’s plenty of reason to visit for a weekend getaway!
There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the city, but one thing to cross off your bucket list is hiking the 400-acre Seven Tubs Recreation Area and especially Wheelbarrow Run.
There, the cascading falls have carved amazing, natural, open “tubs” in the underlying bedrock then filled them with cool, refreshing water. And after a full day of hiking? We love taking in a nighttime live performance at the Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre, one of the longest continuing theatre groups in the country.
If, however, you’re the gambling type, then Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs is definitely the place to be. The venue offers live and simulcast thoroughbred and harness racing, ample opportunities to play the slots, and live tables for poker, blackjack, and roulette.
